Christopher Lambert has been in the Real Estate Financial Services profession for over 3 years and has been with Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc. since March 2007. Mr. Lambert is responsible for The Financial Services Division of Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc. and all managed properties. His expertise includes financial reporting for multifamily, office and retail commercial real estate. Additionally, Mr. Lambert oversees corporate operations and software implementation, as well as, accounting, budgeting, auditing and financial analysis.

Prior Experience
Before joining Harris Tynes Realty Group, Inc., Mr. Lambert was the Chief Financial Officer for Engel Realty Company, LLC. He managed all Financial Reporting provided by the Company. Mr. Lambert was responsible for the design and implementation of a major software conversion for Engel’s corporate and residential property financial reporting systems. Prior to joining Engel Realty Company, Mr. Lambert worked for Brumbelow and Barnes, PC, a local CPA firm in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Lambert provided auditing, review and compilation services for clients, in addition to corporate and individual tax preparation. Before joining Brumbelow and Barnes, Mr. Lambert was Controller and Chief Financial Officer for UNIREX Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Lambert was responsible financial reporting and filings with the Toronto Stock Exchange for the Company. Prior to joining UNIREX, Mr. Lambert was an Accountant with Intergraph Corporation where he assisted with corporate financial reporting and filings with the SEC.

Education
Mr. Lambert earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Birmingham-Southern College with a major in Accounting in 1988. In 1993, he received his CPA Certificate from the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. Mr. Lambert earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1996.

Professional and Civic Organizations
Mr. Lambert is a licensed CPA and is a member in good standing of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active Member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church. Mr. Lambert serves as an Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scout Troop 538 at Asbury United Methodist Church.
